Tickets go on sale on 11 Feb 2022
There are 2 ticket types available:
R150 per person for tickets purchased prior to midnight on 14 February 2021.
R180 per person for tickets purchased after 15 February onwards.
There are no tickets available on the website? Can I buy tickets at the door?
If the show is not sold-out there will be limited tickets available at the door, for purchase on arrival by card only.
Where do I park?
We recommend the lower parking nearest the Teatro, clearly marked when turning in from Witkoppen onto Montecasino Boulevard.
How will the seating work?
For Covid regulations, tickets are sold in batches of 2 and 4.
Every alternate row of The Teatro is blocked off.
Ushers will show to to your seating blocks on a first-come, first-serve basis filling up from the front.
Each family or ticket group will be separated by a single seat, to the left and right, between the next group of ticket holders.
Can I bring the kids?
Age restrictions on movies are enforced by law, where applicable.
No refunds will be allowed for persons refused entry due to tickets having been purchased for underage children and refused entry.
Age restrictions will be placed on www.herotickets.co.za.
It is your responsibility as the customer to make yourself aware of the age restriction of the film you are buying tickets for.
Can I bring my own picnic basket / pizza / snacks / drinks?
No external catering is allowed inside the theatre.
The bar will be open prior to the screening.
No alcohol is allowed inside the theatre.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, take as many photos as you like and share your selfies with us before and during the event on social media.
Just don’t record any of the films, that’s not allowed and will result in criminal prosecution (yes, really).
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area of Montecasino.
